SOME THINGS WE CAN ALL WORK ON IN 2014

newyearsclock

The new year is upon us so we can all press the re-start button, clean our slates, list our resolutions and attempt to make 2014 better, more prosperous and, for me I hope…healthier.   To get us off to a good start, I thought I would list some lofty goals we might consider…some things maybe we can all try to do a little better in the new year:

      • May we step back for a moment before we jump.
      • May we be more tolerant before we judge.
      • May we react less and observe more.
      • May we not believe all we read and all we’re told.
      • May we extend more faith and less distrust.
      • May we accept people for who they are.
      • May we be more discrete and less opinionated.
      • May we allow others to make mistakes.
      • May we extend more kindness and harbor less hate.
      • May we be more supportive and less destructive.
      • May we realize we all have pretty much the same hopes and expectations.
So goodbye 2013.   As for next year, I wish you and your family, along with any stragglers you have special feelings for, the bestest, safest and happiest of new years!
