Attention Everyone: Today I call Time Out!

I’ve got something important to talk about.

Don’t get me wrong; it’s not like I’m Moses.

There’s certainly no comparison it poses.

And don’t expect me to spread the seas

But I do sense a miracle, if you please.

Today my blog reached a new milestone.

An accomplishment not achieved on my own.

No, you are very much part of the celebration.

I want to make sure I show my appreciation.

Now while there were many bumps along the way,

I managed to keep going and you managed to stay.

So together we have reached a brand new high

If you haven’t noticed, that’s a tear of joy in my eye.

Back in November when I started this endeavor

I never thought it would go very far, no never.

Our audience has grown; it’s become widespread.

The number following this blog has reached 100!

What a benchmark this is for all of us to have achieved

I don’t know about you, but I feel somewhat relieved.

I realize it’s nowhere near the thousands who follow others

But I prefer small and intimate if I had my druthers.

So hip hip hooray to you guys for heeding the call.

Remember, we’re all in this for nothing, nothing at all!

Books by Marc Kuhn: THE POPE’S STONE, an historical novel that follows two descendants of a Virginia family who, despite living a century apart, share uncanny similarities in their lives; NEVER GOOSE A MOOSE, a collection of whimsical verse featuring thought-provoking “never-do’s” that children should beware of; and ABOUT A FARM, a children’s book about challenges we all face every day, regardless of where we live.  All three books are available at and each has its own .com website under its title.
